Where the road ends

While walking through the neighborhood where our mobile clinic was stationed that day, at the end of the main road in town, I noticed three young men sitting under the shade of a tree. They were passing a bottle, talking and laughing. I started a conversation with them and soon we began talking about the church in the neighborhood. They said that they don't go there because the people that do don't always act like Christians. I told them I didn't need to travel all the way here to know that was true. Help open a medical clinic in Haiti

There is a small village, Balan, in northern Haiti, about 45-minutes outside Cap Haitian, that hasn’t had a medical clinic for over 7 years. The villagers have to travel by moped, tap tap or go by foot to a neighboring village if they are sick. Many times this prevents people from receiving medical care. Brown Horse Projects has been invited by the village leaders and has an opportunity to partner with a local doctor and staff to open a much-needed clinic in this village.
